Duplex 2 Policies

1. You are responsible for all damage to your unit, please inspect your rental when you arrive and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
2. Quiet times at the Resort are from 10pm to 7am.
3. No excessively loud music or parties, we are a family resort please respect others.
4. Please keep all doors and windows closed so that the A/C units are not overworked. No thermostats below 69 degrees.
5. Do not remove items such as Towels, cooking utensils, ect. You will be charged for missing items. Do not take towels to the lake to go swimming or boating.
6. Bag ALL Trash and set it on the front of your rental before leaving.
7. Overly dirty or trashed units will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
8. There are no Fireworks allowed at the resort or marina at any time.

Upon Booking, we require amount paid in full. If you should have to cancel, we have the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations made 30 days prior to your reservation we refund your payment minus 20%

- Cancellations made less than 30 day to reservation we refund your payment minus 50%

- In the event of a No Call No Show Non refundable

- Holiday cancellations made 30 days prior to reservations we refund your payment minus 50%

- Holiday cancellations less than 30 days prior to reservations Non refundable

- Holidays include Memorial Day weekend, July 4^th weekends and Labor Day Weekend.
